Frazzled Guy sits down next to me at the gate...
FG: "so what is it, 8:30am?!"
Me: "yeah. I got up super early to make this 2 hour layover"
FG: "oh yeah, it's my birthday SO I JUST STAYED UP ALL NIGHT LONG, HAHAHA!!!"
(gaining everyone's attention seated at the gate)
Me: "oh wow, so you're THAT guy today"
FG: (continues with self-deprecating statements, then a mumble about wishing he had slept, then a couple chuckles)
Me: "I gotta get a coffee. G'luck, man"
